Busy day. Couldn’t do much. Had a ton of fun, talking writing and blogging, over at DGPLUG though :) P.S. Also figured out what a reverse proxy is, how to terminate an ssl connection at NGINX for the proxy and how to add a subdomain to a Let’s Encrypt certificate.
Setup a couple of personal nginx sites for practice. Will see if I can do something more with them soon.

Done learning Regex. Practice for a few hours tomorrow to be good enough.
–> Figured out NGINX syntax. While no means an expert now, I can at least make sense of what’s written and slowly write my own blocks. Which leads me to a bit of yak shaving.  If I need any flexibility, NGINX defaults to using regular expressions. So, that’s the next step for a few days.
