I’ve always told myself, I’m not nostalgic. I don’t have any particular attachment for yesterday.

Until I caught myself yesterday, on a beautiful rainy evening, telling myself, this is just how it used to be. And realised that every good feeling now, links back to good memories of yore

So #NoteToSelf :

it’s ok. nostalgia is good mostly
in the humdrum of the daily grind, look for moments of joy
sometimes take the time out to actively go experience new, novel things
be present. appreciate today for what it gives you.
and if you keep going back. be grateful for the good memories. just don’t get stuck there
