- Figure out Look Up Tables (LUTS) for my Fujifilm camera to use in Darktable

- Done with the morning routine.
- 2026-04-25 10:30: Started watching Dylane Moreau’s French Grammar Lessons. Upto lesson 4 today.
- Off to make some green tea. And then on to Darktable.

- Ok, ready with tea at the desk.
- 2026-04-25 10:45: Making good progress learning darktable. Most of it seems to be figuring out where the image controls are now in Darktable as opposede to where they were in Lightroom. (and figure out how to twiddle the knobs to get what I want.)
- The instructor has a thick French accent. Reminds me of my old school days. My high school physics and chemistry teachers would talk about waves and valencies in heavy Tamil and Marathi accents. And all of them are top notch at what they do :) It adds real flavour to my learning!
- 2026-04-25 12:02: Done learning most of the modules. Now to figure out how to apply them locally and selectively using masks.
- And a huge sigh of relief! Now I am quite sure, I can get replicate my old photo workflow in Darktable. Figuring out LUTs for my Fujifilm X-T5 camera later and I should be all set!
- 2026-04-25 13:20: Yay! Course succesfully completed!
- Now to lunch
